My veins roll and I am a "hard stick", can I still receive IV therapy?Our entire medical team is highly skilled in the art of IV insertion, however, access to an IV line is NEVER guaranteed. Per our policy, we will attempt a maximum of 2 sticks. If both times are unsuccessful, we can attempt a third time with permission from the client. If we cannot obtain IV access after 3 attempts, you will have the choice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Some things that can help dilate the veins prior to your appointment will be drinking lots of water, taking a warm shower/bath or even a light cardio workout prior to your appointment time.

Can anyone get IV therapy?Most people can benefit from IV hydration. We do not treat minors under the 18, or anyone who is currently pregnant. Certain medical conditions such as heart, liver, or kidney problems can also disqualify you from receiving IV hydration. Patients undergoing chemotherapy are also not eligible to receive IV hydration unless authorized by their oncologist. Your medical history and vital signs will be reviewed prior to beginning treatment at Luxe Hydro Club to ensure you are a candidate for IV hydration therapy.

How do I know which IV drip to choose?Our team of licensed medical professionals can help you choose the best IV therapy for you. We will discuss your symptoms and goals for treatment and customize a therapy that best fits your personalized needs.

Do you accept insurance?Due to the nature of this therapy, we do not accept insurance. All services are cash pay and clients are responsible for payment. No credit check financing is available upon request.

Is IV therapy safe and legal?Vitamin Therapy is a safe and effective method to replenish fluids and nutrients in the body. All of our products are sourced from FDA approved medical suppliers and highly regulated pharmaceutical companies. Our formulas are also regulated by a medical provider (MD) and a registered nurse (RN) to ensure proper dosing.

How long does an IV drip take?An IV drip can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. The access site that is used can make a different on how slow or fast the IV drip takes.

What should I expect during the IV infusion process?Your visit starts off with a medical assessment and history obtained by a nurse practitioner (this is sometimes done prior to your appointment date). You will have your vital signs taken and medical history reviewed. We then determine if you are a candidate for IV therapy. If you are, an IV will be started and you can choose an infusion and add-ons from our menu.

How often should I get IV infusions?The frequency of treatments will depend on your individual health. For preventative health and wellness, most clients begin with 1-2 infusions per month to help balance vitamin and hydration levels.
